When I began this journey with Jo  about four  years ago I wanted to get fit for a wedding, and over time that didn’t stick. I fell away for about a year and realized I didn't feel good in my life - my day to day activities. I needed to realize how physical and spiritual health really go hand in hand. Jo has helped me realize what it means to be strong and healthy physically and how it actually ties into EVERY aspect of my life. My attitude toward my husband, children, and loved ones is much better when I am getting regular exercise and eating to live not living to eat. Jo has helped to keep me in this journey with much encouragement, compassion and -at times- some good old fashion tough love.  I know I am not where I need to be and I can't say that I have a goal but just a knowing that this is a way of life - a journey, something that will change your life if you let it (or her). fit.together!

Courier New is a throwback font with a vintage feel. It’s great for storytelling, narratives and news reporting.

I knew Joanne meant business the moment I first walked into one of her Bootcamp classes. She looked strong, determined and ready to change lives! She led one of the most challenging yet empowering classes I have ever been involved in. Little did I know when I walked into class what a journey I was beginning. She encouraged me through my first 5k race, ran me into the finish of my first 10k race and was waiting for me as I tearfully crossed the finish line of my first Half Marathon. Fast forward a few years and 5 Half Marathons later she is still cheering me on. Whether it be via meetings, boot camps, meal plans or helping me rebuild my abs after giving birth; you will quickly learn that when you work with Joanne she invests in you. She encourages you, disciplines you and walks with you toward whatever goals you have set for yourself. Jo has taught me how to eat better, how to move better and how to live better. She has guided me towards things I never felt could be possible in my life. I consider her a confidant, and inspiration, a teacher and a friend! I could never thank her enough for the way she has changed my life.......

Why do I go to "Bootcamp With Jo"? I go for me. I go for my mental health to combat stress. I go for my physical health to make me stronger and more flexible. I go to set an example for my children so that hopefully they too will adopt a healthy, active lifestyle.
