Mobilities Yoga
10:30—11:30 a.m.
NEW
Mobilites Yoga is for
people with unique movement concerns.
The class helps maintain muscle tone, flexibility, and range of
motion using exploration of yoga postures (asanas) and breathing
techniques (pranayama) to promote a sense of comfort in the body.
Sequences will be taught which can be done on floor mats or in
chairs. Guided
visualizations for deep relaxation and stress release will end each
class. Mobilities will be
taught by Lisa, who previously taught on Tuesdays, and who has extensive
experience teaching yoga to people with mobility concerns.
This class will be offered in 5 week sessions.
Please commit for the whole session to allow for an increased
level of personal support.
Joyful Danskinetics 4:30—5:30 p.m.
Joyful Yoga Dance is a dance-based fitness class that uses up-beat music
and movement to get you moving. There are no complicated steps to
learn, just moving to music with the guidance of an instructor in a safe
and supportive environment. If you need to rest, you can participate
from a chair. Everyone welcome - no yoga or dance experience
required.

Sign up for weekly appointments with a supportive, knowledgeable
person to talk to about eating — someone who won’t judge you, but
instead can relate to how
you feel, and can honestly answer your questions.

Mindful Munchies
4:30—5:30 p.m.
So many of us
don’t pay attention to what we are eating—how it feels and tastes, and
the signals our bodies send us about whether we are eating because we
are hungry or for some other reason.
Mindfulness while we eat is a key to healthy living.
Enjoy good company, healthy, yummy snacks, and practice being
mindful while we munch!

Acupuncture Clinic 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Feeling out of balance? Stressed out? Have pain that just won't go away?
Come experience this ancient medicine for yourself, in a relaxed,
peaceful setting. The licensed acupuncturists bring a gentle and
compassionate approach to each treatment. Acupuncture is commonly used
to treat allergies, smoking cessation, anxiety, insomnia, pain, and
more. Each treatment is individualized based on your requests.
Yoga 5:15—6:15 p.m.

magical mix of relaxation and building muscle strength and flexibility.
Feel your strength, find your breath, and learn to trust your
body. Leigh (who previously
taught on Thursdays)
creates a safe and comfortable environment where it is easy to work
hard, relax, and find something to laugh about.
Specific poses are taught which promote relaxation, healthy
digestion, alleviate headaches, and much more.

Individual Reiki Sessions 3:00—5:00 p.m.

Try this short cut to deep relaxation. Through deep
relaxation and focused energy, Reiki helps the body to engage the
processes that promote healing. By the end of a session, it feels like
the body and mind have been quietly rejuvenated—and they have.

with an individual 20 minute session.

Movin’ & Groovin’ 1:00—2:00 p.m.
Whether or not you think you’re “the dancing type,”
you won’t
want to miss this fun class!
Enjoy interactive movement games and fun
dance sequences, as well as the opportunity to create movement of your
own in a safe and supportive environment.
Everyone’s learning styles and fitness
levels will be embraced and encouraged as we find new ways to enjoy
moving our bodies.
All body types and abilities are welcome; no
previous dance experience required.
Those in wheelchairs or who prefer to stay
seated throughout the class are encouraged to attend.
Please come in comfortable clothing you can
move in!
