Fit Together is an innovative wellness center which gives special attention to the needs of people with mental and emotional challenges.

Fit Together offers

  • a fully equipped fitness room with a weight training circuit and cardio equipment,
     

  • yoga and exercise classes,
     

  • holistic treatments including acupuncture, Reiki,
     

  • and wellness education classes.
